This morning I finished drafting my first B2MeM snippet - it's rough around the edges, but overall I'm happy with it.

It's my first time doing it - part of my resolution to be more active in fic swaps, fandom events etc.

Are you planning to post your snippets anywhere? I'm thinking I might put mine on here, so I can link to them for the purpose of showing I've used a prompt, but not put them on the archives until I get to that point in a particular story. Although I may end up with some standalone ficlets, so we'll see.

BTW, your Túrin/Beleg icon is gorgeous. Did you make it?

Well, I have a 5 chapter fic I have written, the gift I mentioned. I am going to post it first on SWG, and then on Faerie and AO3, maybe. I know you can post it on B2Me but it may be a bit long, and I am confused with the tagging system.

Yes, I did make that, years ago now. Currently I don’t have a computer to do it :/ I miss making icons.

Ah of course, I forgot yours is a gift. Brain fail! I'll keep my eyes open at SWG for it :-)

I am dreadful at art of any kind, graphic or otherwise :/ I might have to find a friendly artist to make an icon for me...!

If you google ‘make 100 x 100 avatars’ you will find a lot of free programmes — all you usually need is a mouse and a picture and somewhere (like Tinypic) to store it. It’s really easy must be if I could do it XD
