narya_flameYesterday I was down at the beach with my dog. He was off-lead, it wasn't too hot, and the sight of him charging about in the surf (and coming back when I called him!! Such a good boy!!!) was wonderful - like sunny balm for the soul.
He takes so much joy in life. It's delightful. Maybe we should all be more dog...
